Pickleball Courts

Each year residents who wish to use the courts must register to receive their new access card.

Badges for the current season, which runs from March 1st - December 31st, may be purchased at the Borough Hall (during normal business hours beginning) or you may

Badges must be worn in a visible location at all times while on the pickleball courts. Individuals using the pickleball courts must be able to present their own badge on demand by any Borough Official (Police Officer, Municipal Employee, etc.) to verify authorized use of the facility. Individuals who fail to present a valid badge shall immediately leave the court. Prior to signing below, please make sure that you have received and reviewed a copy of the court rules and regulations. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. 

I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Borough of Montvale, its Recreation Department, and those persons connected with, and running its aforementioned program from any and all claims, suits, damages, costs, losses, and expenses in any manner resulting from, arising out of, or connected with my participation in the program. 

Court Accessibility
  1. Prior to use of the pickleball courts, all residents and non-residents must first obtain an annual badge in accordance with the below fee schedule. 
  2. Annual Badges must be obtained from Montvale Borough Hall during normal operation hours; Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM. 
  3. All residents are eligible for a badge granted the below rules/regulations are followed. One family member can apply on the behalf of all family members residing within the same household. Residents will receive one badge per family member. All badge users must be listed on the application form. Badges are non-transferable and non-refundable. 
  4. Non-Residents may apply on behalf of all family members residing within the same household, but the below fees will apply to each individual listed.
  5. Season commencing January 1st – December 31st.
    1. All non-resident badges will expire each year on December 31st. Non-residents must obtain a new badge each year. 
    2. Resident badges do not need to be renewed each year.
